Memorial Day Closing

Monday, May 28th

We will be closed on Monday, May 28th in observance of Memorial Day. Orders scheduled to ship out on Monday the 28th will ship out on Tuesday, May 29th. Orders sent in past cutoff time (7:00 pm EST for Lab Corrected Prints, 11:00 pm EST for all other orders) on Thursday, May 24th will be printed Monday evening, May 28th and will follow a normal turnaround time after being printed.

Extended Customer Service Hours

Monday, April 16th - Friday, June 18th

Customer Service will be available from 8:30am-8:00pm EST Monday-Thursday and 8:30am-7:00pm EST on Fridays. At least one Customer Service Representative will be available for phone and email-based support during the extended hours. As always, if you leave a voicemail during business hours, your call will be returned within 30 minutes. Normal hours for Customer Service resume Monday, June 18th, from 8:30am-5:30pm EST (Monday through Friday).
